I present to you a wonderful treat that can be prepared from fresh juicy pears for the winter! Delicate pieces combined with a light vanilla aroma and amber color of the syrup will not leave anyone indifferent. Due to the fact that the jam lasts for a long time, it can be used to decorate dishes and enjoy the taste of summer at any time of the year.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel and finely chop the pears. Cover with sugar.

Bring the jam to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.

Let it cool and boil for another 10 minutes.

Repeat the previous step again. At the end, add the vanilla.

If the jam is still liquid, you can repeat the same step again.

Roll the amber jam into sterile jars.
