Jam made of apples and lemons
If you don't like excessive sugary sweetness in jam, there is always a universal solution to the problem. It is enough to add lemon, and it will perfectly balance any combination of flavors. I share my favorite recipe for such jam with apples.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Scald the lemons with boiling water, remove the bones and pass the citrus peel through a meat grinder.
Peel the apples and put them through a meat grinder too.
Add sugar, stir the jam until dissolved and close in sterile jars.
Store it in the cellar or in the refrigerator.
