Cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers – all this has been successfully used in winter preparations for a long time. And what about cauliflower, which is often undeservedly forgotten? I share a great way to marinate it for the winter in Armenian.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 1 kg
  • Beetroot - 1 piece
  • Water - 1 l
  • Salt - 2.5 tbsp.l .
  • Sugar - 1 glass
  • Vinegar - 0.75 glasses
  • Olive oil - 0.5 glasses
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Divide the cauliflower into souvetias and boil for 3-4 minutes in boiling water.

Flip into a colander and add sliced beets.

Boil a liter of water with salt, sugar and spices. Add the oil and vinegar, and remove the marinade from the heat.

Arrange the cabbage and beets in sterile jars, pour the marinade and roll up.
