One of the most unusual winter preparations in my daddy with recipes is dried eggplant. They are good as an independent snack or in salads. Once I thought it was impossible to cook them on my own. And it turned out that the oven was enough.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant - 3 pieces
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Salt - 3 pinches
  • Italian herbs - 3 pinches
  • Spices and seasonings - 3 pinches
  • Vegetable oil - 100 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the eggplant into 10 mm circles.

Mix with spices to taste. Place the slices on a baking sheet.

Put it in a slightly open oven at 80-100 degrees for about 1-2 hours.

Chop the garlic and heat it with oil almost to a boil.

When the eggplants are half dry, put them in clean, dry jars.

Fill with hot oil and store in a cold place.
