- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Hot pepper podvyalte a couple of days in the sun.
Cut the pods and peel the seeds. A more acute option will turn out if you skip this stage.
Chop hot pepper and garlic in a blender.
Add spices, salt and mix well.
Put the adjika in clean, dry jars, close the lids tightly and store it in a dark, cool place.
