Like any other berries, grapes are great for winter harvesting. You didn't think it was only good for wine, did you? What is one such jam from green varieties worth! If you have grapes with pits and you want to remove them, grind the workpiece through a sieve in the middle of cooking.

Cover the grapes with sugar and leave for 2 hours.

Bring it to a boil and boil for 2 minutes.

Let it cool and boil again for 2 minutes. And so 4-5 times.

Peel the lemon and orange, chop finely and add to the jam.

Boil it for another 5 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
