There are many unusual recipes for winter preparations in my cookbook, which I really like to share with everyone. A striking example is jam from black nightshade. If you haven't had to try such a curiosity yet, this is a great reason.
Ingredients
- Nightshade (black) – 1.4 kg
- Sugar - 1.5 kg
- Water - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort out the nightshade, cover with sugar, add water and boil for 10 minutes.
Grind the mass with a blender, bring it to a boil again and boil for another 5 minutes.
Allow the workpiece to cool for a couple of hours and boil to the desired density.
Roll the jam into sterile jars.
