Classic cheese cheesecake is good, but why not add color and variety. This time I propose to prepare a strawberry dessert based on fresh berries. But strawberries must be ripe and sweet.
Ingredients
- Cookies (sand) – 200 g
- Cocoa - 1-2 tsp.
- Butter - 90 g
- Mascarpone - 500 g
- Sour cream (20%) – 200 g
- Strawberries - 150 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Powdered sugar - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind cookies, butter and cocoa until smooth, and put the base into a mold.
Grind the strawberries through a sieve or grind with a blender.
Separate the whites and whisk until peaks form.
Whisk all other ingredients until smooth.
With a spatula, stir in the strawberry puree, and then the whites.
Pour the mass onto the base and place the cheesecake mold on a baking sheet with water.
Bake it for about 80 minutes in the oven at 160 degrees.
Leave for another hour in the oven turned off with the door ajar.
When the cheesecake cools down, tighten it with a film and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
