- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Mango - 0.5 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Coconut flour - 1 tbsp.l .
- Coconut oil - 2 art.l.
- Sugar Substitute (erythritol) – 1 tbsp.l.
- Rice flour - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix cottage cheese, sugar substitute, egg and coconut flour. Leave the dough for 20 minutes.
Roll up small balls and put a piece of mango in each. Form cheesecakes.
Roll the cheesecakes in rice flour and fry in coconut oil.
