The original Japanese dessert can be found in any confectionery in Asia and Japan. The dessert is interesting because you can put absolutely any filling inside. Making perfect cakes is not so easy, but following the instructions, you can do it.

Prepare the filling. To do this, chop the cookies and mix it with nut paste, you should get a mass similar to plasticine.

Cut kiwi into pieces and strawberries in half. Roll portion balls out of the mass of cookies and nut paste, make a cake out of each ball, put a piece of fruit there and roll it back into a ball.

Prepare the dough. Mix water, sugar and flour. Put it in a water bath and brew the dough for about 5 minutes until a paste-like mass forms. To make the dough have a characteristic color, add a couple of drops of food coloring.

Forming cakes. On a tray, pour corn starch in a thin layer. Spread the dough on the starch and distribute it in a thin layer. Divide the dough with a knife into equal portions. We take the first square of dough, put a ball with stuffing in it and roll it into a ball.

So do with all the Mochi, put it nicely on a plate, decorate with mint and pieces of fruit.
