It's hard to imagine a festive feast without herring. Traditionally, the fish is served, cut into small pieces and generously seasoned with onions. I have a more interesting option: tartlets with herring. In a crispy basket with vegetables and an egg, it's incredibly delicious!
Ingredients
- Herring (fillet) – 200 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Tomatoes (medium) – 2 pieces
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Greenery - a couple of twigs
- Olives (without pits) – 50 g
- Mayonnaise - 50 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Tartlets - 20 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut into beautiful pieces of herring fillet, peeled eggs, tomatoes, cucumber and olives.
Put a little mayonnaise on the bottom of the tartlets.
Place pieces of vegetables, herring, eggs and olives on top.
Garnish with herbs, sprinkle with pepper and serve.
