Shawarma is a dish that in a direct sense unites people of different cultures and nationalities, offering a combination of fragrant meat, fresh vegetables and a variety of sauces. For example, today I propose to cook it with turkey.
Ingredients
- Lavash - 2 of the sheet
- Turkey - 250 g
- Salad mix - 2 handfuls
- Cherry tomatoes - 4 tomatoes
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Greek yogurt - 100 ml
- Paprika - 0.5 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix yogurt, crushed garlic and paprika.
Bake the turkey in spices in foil for 35-40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
Thinly slice the turkey and all the vegetables.
Smear the pita bread with yogurt, put the salad mix and then the rest of the filling.
Wrap the shawarma.
