- Round rice - 120 g
- Water - 250 ml
- Rice vinegar - 1 tbsp.l .

- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs - 2 art.l.
- Lettuce - 4 sheet
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Fish caviar - 4 art.l.
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Nori - 4 of the sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice in boiling water until it absorbs it. Season with vinegar, add sugar and salt, and mix.
Beat the egg. Dip the peeled shrimp in the egg, and then in the breadcrumbs, and fry.
Put a layer of rice on a sheet of nori. On one side of it – a spoonful of fish caviar, and on top – a salad leaf, sliced cucumbers and avocado with shrimp.
Roll up a tight roll with a mat and cut with a knife soaked in water. Do the same with the rest of the rolls.
