Julienne with chicken and oyster mushrooms

On weekends, I often pamper my family with delicious food. Recently I cooked Julienne with chicken and oyster mushrooms. Since these mushrooms are tougher than the usual champignons, they had to be stewed a little longer than usual. If you don't have time for this, use only the soft parts of oyster mushrooms.


Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the boiled fillet, oyster mushrooms and peeled onion. Grate the cheese.

Fry the onion in oil until transparent.

Add oyster mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

Separately in a dry frying pan, fry the flour until golden brown.

In a frying pan with oyster mushrooms, add flour, cream, milk, spices, salt and garlic passed through a press. Simmer everything together for 15 minutes.

Put the chicken fillet and fried mushrooms in greased molds.

Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
