Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it thoroughly with a paper towel and put it in the freezer for half an hour.
Cut the meat into thin slices and put it in a bowl.
Add soy sauce, salt, spices and mix well.
Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
Arrange the chicken pieces in the trays of the electric dryer.
Dry for 5-6 hours at a temperature of 70 degrees. Every 2 hours I recommend changing the stalls in places.
