Of all berry juices, blackberry juice is one of my favorites. At least, it is quite unusual, because juices from cherries, currants, strawberries and other berries are more common. And it's also very tasty if you make it at home yourself.
Ingredients
- Blackberries - 1 kg
- Water - 2 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort out the blackberries, fill with water and bring to a boil.
Boil for 5-7 minutes and rub through a sieve.
If desired, dilute the juice with water and add sugar.
