Berry juice is a very useful drink for the preparation of which you can use any berries (raspberries, cherries, strawberries). But I like cranberry juice the most. Such a drink is full of vitamins and after it you feel a surge of strength and vivacity.
Ingredients
- Cranberries - 300 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Before cooking, rinse and dry the cranberries.
Beat the ripe berries with a blender into a homogeneous porridge. Strain the juice through a sieve to separate the cake and set aside.
Mix the cake and sugar with water, put on fire and bring to a boil.
Strain the cake again through a sieve. Add the juice to the sweet water, mix and pour into a carafe. Serve to the table.
