Spices easily decorate any compote, including nectarines. It's not for nothing that they are added to teas, coffee, cocoa and other beverages. The same non–alcoholic mulled wine is, in fact, juice or compote with spices. So don't deny yourself anything!
Ingredients
- Nectarine - 600 g
- Water - 1.5 l
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l .
- Brown sugar - 4 tbsp.l .
- Cinnamon - 2 sticks
- Star anise - 3 asterisks
- Carnation (buds) – 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water with sugar and all spices, and boil for 4 minutes.
Cut the nectarine into slices, and send it to the same place.
Bring everything to a boil, add honey and cook the compote for 15 minutes on low heat.
