Only mixed compote of peaches and nectarines can be tastier than ordinary peach compote. Especially if you manage to take nectarines of several varieties at once. I prefer to drink compote according to this recipe as cold as possible.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the fruit into slices, fill with water and bring to a boil.
Add sugar and vanilla, and mix.
Cook the compote for 15 minutes on low heat.
