- Chicken eggs - 2-3 pieces
- Cheese (solid) – 70 g
- Salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Mayonnaise - 1,5 tbsp.l.
- Ham - 10 slices
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Hard-boil chicken eggs, peel and grate them on a fine grater.
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater or grind it in a blender, add it to the eggs.
Add salt, pepper, mayonnaise and crushed garlic. Mix thoroughly.
Put a couple of teaspoons of filling on the edge of a piece of ham. Carefully wrap it in a roll.
Repeat the steps until the ham or filling is finished. Serve the finished snack chilled.
