Ingredients
- Lavash - 1 sheet
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Dill - 0.5 beam
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l.
- Lettuce - 4 of the sheet
- Onion - 0.5 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix cottage cheese with chopped herbs and spices to taste. You can add garlic.
If the curd mass is too dry, add a couple of spoons of sour cream.
Spread lettuce leaves on the pita bread, and cottage cheese on them.
Cut the tomato into slices, and the onion into feathers, and put it on top.
Roll up a tight roll, wrap it in cling film and send it to the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
