Eggs stuffed with salmon and cottage cheese are an easy–to-prepare and very tasty snack. The dish will look even more appetizing if you spread the filling through the cooking bag with a curly nozzle.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 5-6 pieces
- Cottage cheese - 70 g
- Salmon (smoked) – 70 g
- Dill - 5-6 twigs
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs in salted water. You can do this in advance. Remove the shell from the eggs, then cut them into halves, remove the yolks.
Send the yolks to the blender bowl. Put cottage cheese and smoked salmon slices in the same place. If desired, toss a couple of pinches of spices. Grind until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
Put the pasta in a cooking bag and fill the egg halves with the filling.
Add sprigs of fresh dill and serve the appetizer.
