Grilled chicken sandwiches are one of the variations of homemade fast food. It turns out to be satisfying and very tasty. You can use an electric grill or a grill pan.
Ingredients
- Bread - 4 slices
- Chicken thighs (without dice) – 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
- Cheese - 4 slices
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Sauce - 3 art.l.
- Mayonnaise - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the thighs on a cutting board, cover with cling film and beat off with a cooking hammer on both sides.
Brush with mayonnaise, salt and sprinkle with spices, herbs.
Fry on an electric grill for 7-9 minutes. Similarly, you can fry the meat in a frying pan, on each side for 4-5 minutes.
Smear a slice of bread with any sauce, for example, tomato or mustard. Put a slice of cheese.
Put the tomato slices on the cheese.
Put chicken meat, cut into strips, on top of the tomato.
Put a second slice of cheese on the chicken and cover with a second piece of bread. Fry the sandwich on an electric grill for 4-5 minutes (or in a frying pan for 3 minutes on one side, pressing with a spatula).
Serve the sandwiches hot or warm. For convenience, you can cut the snack diagonally.
