Green tomatoes in Korean are a simple snack that is prepared from available products. If desired, you can make it a little spicy or as spicy as possible with garlic and red ground pepper.
Ingredients
- Green tomatoes - 300 g
- Salt - 1/3 tsp.
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 3 pinches
- Ground coriander - 3 pinches
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 2-3 of the clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Tomatoes can be taken of any size. If you use cherry, then just cut them in half. Cut larger tomatoes into quarters or slices. Put it in a container or bowl.
Add salt, sugar, spices. You can also add ground red pepper or paprika.
Add vinegar, vegetable oil and garlic passed through a press. Mix everything carefully, cover the container with a lid and put it in the cold for a couple of hours.
The next day, the snack will be even more infused and will taste better. You can serve it just like that or with a sprig of fresh herbs.
