Ingredients
- Zucchini - 500 g
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Vegetable oil - 70 ml
- Vinegar (9%) – 2 art.l.
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 5 teeth
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 1 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the zucchini into thin slices using a vegetable peeler. Leave them for half an hour, and then lightly squeeze out the excess juice.
Chop the greens and send them to the zucchini. Add salt.
Mix oil, vinegar, crushed garlic, honey and spices.
Mix the zucchini with the marinade and leave in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours.
