Shrimp in an air fryer is a very tasty and quick snack, which is prepared with the participation of a minimum amount of oil. The shrimp inside are very tender thanks to the crispy cracker shell.
Ingredients
- Shrimp - 100 g
- Flour (wheat) – 2 tbsp.l.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice (for submission) – 1 tbsp.l.
- Parsley (for submission) – 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Let the shrimp thaw if they are already cooked. And if raw, then boil for 3-4 minutes in boiling water. Then drain, dry and roll in flour.
Beat the egg with a pinch of salt, put the shrimp in a bowl.
Pour the breadcrumbs into another plate. It is better to use a homemade product or a fresh store-bought one, without an extraneous unpleasant smell and taste. Roll the shrimp in breadcrumbs.
Grease the grill of the air fryer with vegetable oil. Lay out the shrimp and cook at 180 degrees for 7-8 minutes.
To serve, transfer the shrimp to a plate, sprinkle with lemon juice and add fragrant parsley.
