There are a million ways to cook delicious and healthy compote, and today I want to share with you just one of them. Here – a minimum of ingredients and no complicated combinations. Strawberries, apples, lemon and some spices to taste.
Ingredients
- Apples - 600 g
- Strawberries - 300 g
- Carnation - 3 bud
- Cinnamon - 2 sticks
- Lemon - 0.5 pieces
- Water - 1.5-2 l
- Sugar - 6 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the apples and cut into random pieces.
Tear off the strawberry tails, and cut the lemon into circles.
Fill everything with water and bring to a boil.
Add sugar and spices, and cook the compote for 15 minutes on low heat.
