Ingredients
- Peaches - 5 kg
- Sugar - 200 g
- Citric acid - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the peaches and finely chop the fruits.
Fill them with water so that it covers them.
Boil the workpiece for 15 minutes, grind with a blender and grind through a sieve.
Add water, sugar and citric acid to the juice to taste.
