This salad is great for a quick and healthy snack. You can cook it at home or take it with you to work. Lemon juice is not necessary to add, but it protects the fruit from darkening and gives the dish a pleasant sourness.

Ingredients

  • Beetroot (boiled) – 250 g
  • Red Beans (canned) – 1 bank
  • Apples (sweet and sour) – 2 pieces
  • Walnuts - handful
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the beets and apples into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Dry the walnuts in a frying pan and chop them slightly.

Put the red beans in a colander and rinse.

Mix everything, add ground pepper, salt and vegetable oil.
