Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pick the grapes from the twigs, add water and sugar, and boil until soft.

Add grated ginger and pepper, and cook for another 5-6 minutes.

Rub the sauce through a sieve.

Dilute the starch in a couple of tablespoons of water.

Bring the sauce to a boil again and pour in the starch, stirring.

Boil the sauce for another minute.
