One of the most satisfying Caesar recipes in my arsenal is with salmon and quail eggs. Sometimes I also add cheese sauce here. But still, I advise you to choose the dressing to your taste, because the dish is already quite complicated.
Ingredients
- Salad mix - 200 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 140 g
- Quail eggs - 6 pieces
- Salmon - 180 g
- Parmesan - 100 g
- Crackers - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the eggs until tender 3-5 minutes after boiling.
Cut the quail eggs and cherry in half, randomly slice the salmon.
Put all the ingredients on a plate and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
