Potatoes make a great side dish for fish, but you can go further and cook a potato casserole with it. Or you can go even further and add other vegetables to the filling. It turns out almost a full-fledged pie!
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 500 g
- Cream - 200 ml
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Fish - 250 g
- Green peas - 70 g
- Carrots - 70 g
- Zucchini - 70 g
- Cheese - 70 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes, mash them into a liquid puree with cream and add the eggs.
Grate the cheese and cut the fish into medium pieces.
Finely chop the carrots and zucchini, and fry the vegetables with peas for a couple of minutes until soft.
Set aside some potatoes. Carefully mix all the ingredients and put them in a mold.
Level all the remaining puree on top and send the casserole into the oven for 25-30 minutes at 190 degrees.
