Ingredients
- Chicken breasts (boiled) – 250 g
- Beetroot (boiled) – 200 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Carrots (boiled) – 150 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 150 ml
- Garnet (grains) – 250 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the boiled chicken into small cubes, season with salt and pepper.
Peel beets, potatoes, carrots, eggs and grate.
Place a wide glass in the center of a wide plate.
Assemble the salad in layers. Put the potatoes first, pepper, salt and smear with mayonnaise.
Next come chicken and carrots. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise again.
Spread the eggs evenly, and then the beets. Season with salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
Decorate the top with pomegranate seeds.
Carefully remove the glass and put the salad in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
