- Squid - 3 carcasses
- Purple onion - half
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Greenery (any) – a couple of twigs
- Wine vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Lower the squid carcasses into boiling water, boil for 2 minutes and put on a plate.
Cut the cooled squid into rings.
Finely chop the purple onion and herbs.
Mix the squid, herbs, onions and garlic passed through the press.
Add wine vinegar, salt, oil and mix. Before serving, the salad should stand for 40-60 minutes.
