For this recipe, I advise you to take peas in pods. Of course, it can be replaced with ordinary or asparagus beans, but still the original remains the original. For all its simplicity, this mushroom salad is really very good.
Ingredients
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Green peas - 300 g
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the mushrooms and fry for a couple of minutes in olive oil.
Add the peas in the pods and continue frying. Pepper and add chopped garlic.
After about 5 minutes, remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle everything with sesame oil.
When the mushrooms and peas cool down a little, season them with soy sauce and sprinkle with balsamic.
