To make the salad with smoked chicken, Peking cabbage and carrots look even more interesting, serve it in the Japanese manner. There are already a lot of Asian and Oriental notes in it, so such a presentation will only emphasize them. Add pickled daikon or ginger to taste.

- Smoked chicken - 250 g
- Peking cabbage - 0.5 head
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Sesame - 1 tbsp.l .
- Soy sauce - 1 art.l.
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings (for Korean carrots) – 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Cherry tomatoes - 2-4 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the carrots on a Korean grater and mix with spices, oil and vinegar.
Cut the chicken and cabbage into strips, mix with soy sauce and put on a plate.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on the salad and put carrots on top.
Decorate the serving with cherry quarters.
