Since I tried this salad for the first time, at every opportunity I do not deny myself such a pleasure again. The secret of the unusual taste is in tuna and fresh mushrooms. But if this option confuses you, of course, you can fry them or take pickled ones.
Ingredients
- Tuna (canned) – 1 bank
- Salad mix - 60 g
- Champignons - 3 pieces
- Carrots - 0.5 pieces
- Olive oil - 1 tsp.
- Balsamic vinegar - 0.5 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the carrots on a Korean grater and mix it with the salad mix. Sprinkle everything with spices, lightly sprinkle with olive oil and balsamic.
Thoroughly wash fresh quality champignons, and peel them off.
Cut the mushrooms into thin plates and also send them to the salad.
Mash the tuna with a fork, add it there and mix everything carefully.
