Spend this weekend in a special way. Cook delicious steaks on the grill and arrange cozy gatherings around the campfire. Pork is very good for this. And to make the meat juicy and soft, pre-marinate it.
Ingredients
- Pork (steak) – 500 g
- Soy sauce - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tsp.
- Sea salt (large) – 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the pork steak and dry it thoroughly with a paper towel.
Rub the mixture of peppers with peas in a mortar, mix with salt, olive oil, soy sauce and garlic passed through a press.
With the resulting mixture, generously lubricate the steak from all sides. Cover with cling film and set aside for 20 minutes.
Put the steak on the grill and send it to the grill. The fire should be medium.
Turn the meat over every 3-5 minutes. The whole cooking process takes about 15 minutes.
