For such an unusual roll, you will need not just a piece of turkey, but minced meat from it. I advise you to cook it at home yourself. So you know exactly what is in the composition, and you can use only high–quality products, and at the same time - vary the consistency.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pass the turkey breast through the meat grinder twice. Add spices and chopped garlic to the minced meat. Add the egg there as well.

Finely chop the onion and mushrooms. Fry until the moisture evaporates.

Spread the minced meat on parchment in a thin rectangle about 1 cm thick and send it to the oven at 160 degrees for 10 minutes.

Lay out the filling, form a roll and immediately wrap it in foil. You can put it in a suitable form.

Bake the minced turkey roll at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
