Cottage cheese casserole with carrots in a slow cooker

Everyone cooks carrot casserole in different ways. And this time I suggest using ready-made carrot puree, which will give the curd mass this rich orange hue. I prefer to make this dish in a slow cooker, so I'll tell you about it.
Ingredients
- Carrots (baked) – 2 pieces
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l.
- Sour cream - 2 art.l.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mash the baked carrots into a puree.
Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix with sour cream.
Beat the eggs with sugar and combine all the ingredients. Whisk with a blender.
Add flour with baking powder and put the mass in a greased bowl of a slow cooker.
Cook the casserole for 1 hour in the "Baking" mode.
