Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the cod into pieces, put it in a mold, sprinkle with spices and drizzle with oil.
Arrange the garlic cloves and lemon slices around, and sprinkle everything with finely chopped ginger.
Add a sprig of rosemary and sprinkle the cod with zest and crackers.
Bake the fish for 25-30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
