Ingredients

  • Sturgeon (fillet) – 1 kg
  • Olive oil - 2 art.l.
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - 8 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the sturgeon fillet, rinse and dry with a paper towel.

Put the fish in a bowl, add ground pepper, salt and olive oil. Stir, cover with cling film and set aside for 15 minutes.

Put the pieces of sturgeon on a greased grill and cook on the grill for 20 minutes, turning them over often.
