- Plums - 1.5 kg
- Sugar - 800 g
- Bitter chocolate - 70 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the bones from the plums, pass through a meat grinder and add sugar.
Bring to a boil and cook the jam for 10 minutes on low heat.
Add grated chocolate and, if desired, spices.
Boil the jam for another 10 minutes, stirring.
Roll it up in sterilized jars.
