Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 3 pieces
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Greenery - third of the beam
  • Vegetable oil - 50 ml
  • Salt - 0,5 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the zucchini into longitudinal slices about 1 cm thick.

Put in a bowl, mix with salt and oil. Cover with a lid and set aside for 15 minutes.

Put the zucchini on a greased grill in one layer and fry on the grill for 2 minutes on each side. Repeat the steps with the remaining zucchini.

Put the finished vegetables on a plate, sprinkle with chopped herbs and garlic.
