Mayonnaise always gives chicken legs the best crispy crust. They look so appetizing that it is simply impossible to refuse. Most often, such a dish is prepared in the oven, but in fact an ordinary stove and frying pan are enough.
Ingredients
- Chicken legs - 600 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.l .
- Water - 200 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prick the chicken legs with a fork and rub with spices.
Fry them in a frying pan on all sides until golden.
Grease the legs with mayonnaise, pour in water, and cook the chicken under the lid for another 10 minutes.
In the middle of the process, turn the legs over and brush with mayonnaise again.
