Ingredients
- Turkey - 450 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Cheese (solid) – 100 g
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l .
- Butter - 50 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the turkey into plates 1.5 centimeters thick.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and beat it off with a hammer on both sides.
Put the chops on a plate, season with salt and pepper.
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.
Beat the eggs lightly with ground pepper and salt.
Add grated cheese and mix.
Pour the flour on a wide plate.
Roll the chops in flour and dip in batter.
Fry the chops in a hot frying pan with oil for 1.5 minutes on each side.
Place the chops on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
