Contrary to popular belief, flour is not a mandatory ingredient of cottage cheese casserole. There are many different ways to replace it, and today I want to share with you one of them. By the way, any starch will do.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l .
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
- Starch - 2 art.l.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put all ingredients except starch in a blender and whisk until smooth.
Add starch and mix the curd mass well.
Grease a frying pan with oil, put the cottage cheese and cook for 25 minutes under the lid on low heat.
