Do you want to please your family with an unusual dish? Prepare a casserole with champignons in bread. Don't be alarmed, it's very simple. Bread can be used in any shape you like. The main thing is that it is not big and suitable for the role of a serving plate.

- Bread (round) – 1 piece
- Champignons - 150 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cheese (solid) – 80 g
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l.
- Butter - 50 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the champignons and peeled onions.
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until golden brown.
Add the champignons and continue to fry until tender. On average, it takes 7-10 minutes.
Beat the egg with sour cream, salt and ground pepper.
Add cheese, fried mushrooms and mix well.
Cut the crust off the bread, select a little pulp, forming a recess for the future filling.
Bake the bread billet for 5 minutes in a preheated oven. Thanks to this, the bread will not get wet quickly.
Fill the bread with mushroom filling and send it to the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
