Chicken wings baked in mustard, sour cream and spices sauce

Sometimes baked wings turn out to be dry. If there is nothing to cover them with, you can add hot water. You will have to cook a little longer than usual, but the result will certainly please. I'm telling you my favorite recipe!
Ingredients
- Chicken wings - 1 kg
- Mustard - 2 art.l.
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Curry - to taste
- Paprika (ground) – to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings, dry them and place them in a bowl.
Mix mustard, sour cream, salt and spices separately.
Mix the wings and the prepared sauce. Cover with plastic wrap and leave for 40-60 minutes at room temperature.
Cover the mold with foil, lay out the wings and bake for half an hour in the oven at 190 degrees.
Pour in hot water and cook for another 20-25 minutes.
