Ingredients
- Potatoes - 600 g
- Onion - 150 g
- Bacon - 250 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the onion, cut the bacon into cubes, and the potatoes into thin slices.
Beat eggs with sour cream and spices, and add grated cheese.
Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker, put half of the potatoes and pour the sour cream sauce.
Put the bacon and onion, potatoes again, and pour the remaining filling.
Cook the casserole for 60-70 minutes in baking mode.
